It would be dope if each time they evolve they do grow an additional head, and they become like this fully demonic hydra with each head having its own elemental power. Being the most badass powerful war mount companion anybody have every owned lol.

This man clearly never played any rpgs with defending missions. Instead of using choke to funnel trash and cleave them down, he blocks the choke and goes out to kill then individually.
Also doesn't notice the change in color on skeles as a buff being suprised they are stronger.

Yeah... he hasn't. He lives in a fantasy world and more so in a world as an honorable knight that would more then likely have a fair 1v1 then to fight dozens of enemies. Yes the enemy type likely would have them fight multiple enemies but they still grow believing in the principles of a knight with honor. I'm sure he's not as knowledgeable on tactics.
